EquineBuddy End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and [EquineBuddy] ("App"), owned by JamieButler, a [United Kingdom] corporation, governing your use of the [EquineBuddy] mobile application ("Application"). The Application is a lifestyle and social networking platform that allows riders to connect, plan, and manage their horse's life in one place.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download, install, and use the Application on your mobile device
• Create an account and profile on the Application
• Access and use the features and services provided by the Application

• To use the Application, you must create an account and provide certain information, including your name, email address, and password
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and password
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process

You agree to use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You shall not:

• Use the Application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Upload or share content that is obscene, defamatory, or infringing on others' rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Application

• You own the content you upload or share on the Application
• By uploading or sharing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such content
• We reserve the right to remove or edit content that violates this Agreement or is deemed objectionable

• The Application, including its software, logos, and trademarks, is owned by JamieButler or its licensors
• You agree not to reproduce, modify, or distribute any intellectual property without our prior written consent

• The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the Application

In no event shall EquineBuddy App, owned by JamieButler be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without notice, if you breach this Agreement
• Upon termination, your license to use the Application will cease

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [United Kingdom].

• We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, without prior notice
• Your continued use of the Application after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified Agreement
