When using features like EquiMeet:

• We do not organise or supervise events
• We are not responsible for attendance, behaviour, or outcomes

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a licence to display it within the app and use it to operate and improve the service.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or is harmful or inappropriate.

All app content, branding, and features are owned by Equine Buddy. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equine Buddy is not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss
• Loss of data, income, or opportunity
• Any incidents arising from user interactions

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
